So… I was in the mood for dancing a few nights ago after watching some Body Rock vids. I just turned on my slow jams playlist and went at it. Totally not conducive to sleeping/waking at the right time, but whatevs.
I didn’t put as much strength into the moves cuz I didn’t wanna overexert myself and work up a sweat before I slept, but all in all it was good fun and expression.
