I just got off of the phone with an old professor who never really knew me in a class that I didn’t shine or stand out in.  He took an hour and a half of his time to listen to my thoughts on my business idea, give me advice, criticism, etc., and an invitation for future critiques and networking and etc.  The conversation cleared up a lot of my questions and helped me find a sense of priorities.  I am so incredibly grateful for him and people like him.  Some of the criticism was a bit discouraging, but I am sure there will be plenty that’s WAY more discouraging in the future.  If anything, criticism now means a better end result.  Just gotta have faith and reiterate my idea until it’s amazing.

13: What can you not live without?

To take the question literally:
My parents, my sister, my family, my friends, love, good health, basic sustenance, a resourceful and creative mind, ambition.

Parts of my life that I probably COULD adjust and live without but are integral to the life that I have:
my education, my iPod, the Internet, dance, cell phone, car, money, an apartment, a job, ACA, UniCamp, Mentorship, guitar, photography, my glasses, books, freedom of speech and other ‘basic’ infrastructure that the US provides (imagine having to dig a hole to poop), and many more.

Life is good.
